Meet icon's Founder

**ICON is for you.**

For the past decade, I’ve been dreaming of opening a performing arts school in Iowa City, the “Greatest Small City for the Arts” I’ve had the privilege of calling home for nearly 30 years. Although we’ve only been open for one year, I can say that this year has been an incredible one. I have found so much joy in watching our students grow, learn, and explore their artistic interests day in and day out.

If you, too, have been dreaming of a high school experience that looks a little different… ICON could be your perfect fit. Come join us, and see what true educational immersion in the arts can feel like. I think you’ll find a lot of joy, just as I have.
