Dr. Timothy Williams

Williams joins as the Dean of Students and a central ICON Leadership Team (ILT) member. He will develop curricula and activities centered around new student orientation and community building.
Williams has extensive experience managing policy, housing/residential life, student affairs programming, intercollegiate athletics, and community standards. He has served at Logan University, Lincoln University of Missouri, the Boys and Girls Club of Jefferson City, and most recently as the Assistant Dean of Student Life in July 2022, then was promoted to Interim Dean of Student Life at Culver Stockton College in December of 2022.
As the Dean of Students at ICON Arts Academy, Williams will identify and implement proactive measures to create a living environment conducive to student success while fostering social responsibility. In working for the betterment of the entire campus community, Williams will partner with the Director of Student Life to implement strategies that empower students for leadership and education.
