Emma Bach

Emma Bach earned her Bachelor of Liberal Studies degree with a minor in dance from the University of Iowa in the Spring of 2026. Her dance journey began at the age of 10 when she started dancing at Nolte Academy. She danced under the direction of Leslie Nolte until her high school graduation in 2022. During her years as a student, Emma performed in The Nutcracker, Dance Works, and Variations, and was a dedicated member of Nolte’s competition team. She also had the privilege of joining Youth Rising, directed by Leslie Nolte, which gave her the incredible opportunity to perform at New York Fashion Week with Humanize My Hoodie.

Now a full-time instructor at Nolte Academy, Emma teaches all styles of dance to students ranging from 18 months to 18 years old. This will mark her second year teaching beginner, intermediate, and advanced dance classes at ICON. Emma has discovered a true passion for teaching and strives to continue learning and growing every day. Outside the studio, she loves spending time with her family, friends, and her three dogs. She is excited to begin a new year at ICON!
