Kristen Olinger

Kristen Olinger is a Lighting and Media designer who has worked in the entertainment industry for 20 years. She spent the last 5 years in the Architectural field helping Architects and Engineers find the right lighting for their projects. 
She has an MFA from the University of Tennessee Knoxville, designed projection and lighting for several theatres all around the country including The Clarence Brown Theatre, Triad Stage Company, Lexington Children’s Theatre, and Interlochen Arts Academy. 
As a Florida native Kristen is still new to the midwest region but has fully embraced the cold and the corn. 
Her work can be seen locally at The Cedar Rapids Opera, Theatre Cedar Rapids, Revival Stage Company, Riverside Theatre, Orchestra Iowa, Coe College, Cornell College, University of Northern Iowa, and many more.
